Evil Dead Rise

In a recent interview with ColliderBruce Campbell describes Evil Dead Rise as a “very European evil Deada film which “is not bad at all”.

This is because it actually doesn’t suck in the slightest. Lee Cronin did a great job. Sam chooses those types of directors who have some experience, but we can always push them into the evil Dead box a bit since they are Maverick-type directors. I give credit to Sam, he doesn’t choose people, we’ll just emulate his shit. They come with very strong personalities and approaches. It’s very European evil Dead.
